Our Approach
Equitable Scholar is a dedicated consultancy focused on empowering neurodivergent and disabled scholars. Our personal service provides tailored coaching, direct support and expert assistance designed to navigate the complexities of academic environments. We believe in creating equitable spaces where every scholar can thrive through strategic support and empathetic guidance.
Because of our personal and individual approach, we can support people in a variety of circumstances, including Postgraduates and Early Career academics, mid and senior level academics, independent scholars, and professionals and small businesses.
We work on a 1:1 basis and can offer flexible packages of support based on need and funding, including Access to Work award funding, private funding, or insitituaional/workplace funding.
